Main Responsibilities工作職責:
1. Responsible for recruitment and support the needs of business departments.負責招聘工作(zuo),支持業務部(bu)門需求。
2. Process HR-related reports and system operation.處(chu)理HR相關的(de)報表及(ji)系統(tong)操作。
3. Assist in company’s training course for employee’s growth.協(xie)助公司培訓課程的開(kai)展。
4. Assist administrative affairs and activities organize.支持(chi)行政(zheng)相關(guan)工作及(ji)活動(dong)的組織開展(zhan)。
5. Support other things assigned by manager.上級領導交辦的其(qi)他(ta)事項。
Main Requirements崗位需求:
1. Bachelor’s degree major in human resources and English level 4 or relevant.??本科學(xue)歷, 人(ren)力(li)資(zi)源相關專業及英語四級(ji)優先(xian)。
2. 5 years’ working experience with 2 years’ in recruiting and interviews.五年年以上(shang)工作經(jing)(jing)驗,含2年招聘(pin)和面試的經(jing)(jing)驗。
3. Proactive, quick to learn, passionate for people and new tasks.積(ji)極主動、學習能力強,且對(dui)人和(he)新(xin)的任務有熱情和(he)興趣。
4. Customer focus with service mindset and good communication skill.客(ke)戶導向(xiang),有(you)服務(wu)意識,善于(yu)溝通。
5. Good operating of office software.熟悉操作辦公(gong)軟件。
