Main Responsibilities工作職責:
1. Responsible for recruitment and support the needs of business departments.負(fu)責招聘工作,支持(chi)業務部門需求。
2. Process HR-related reports and system operation.處理HR相關的報表及(ji)系統(tong)操作。
3. Assist in company’s training course for employee’s growth.協助公司培訓課(ke)程的開展。
4. Assist administrative affairs and activities organize.支持行政相關(guan)工作及(ji)活動(dong)的組織(zhi)開展。
5. Support other things assigned by manager.上(shang)級領(ling)導交辦的(de)其他事項。
Main Requirements崗位需求:
1. Bachelor’s degree major in human resources and English level 4 or relevant.??本科學歷, 人力資源相關專業及(ji)英語四級優先。
2. 5 years’ working experience with 2 years’ in recruiting and interviews.五年年以上工作經驗(yan),含2年招聘和(he)面試的(de)經驗(yan)。
3. Proactive, quick to learn, passionate for people and new tasks.積極(ji)主(zhu)動、學習能力強,且對人和新的任務有(you)熱情和興趣。
4. Customer focus with service mindset and good communication skill.客戶導向,有服務意識,善于溝通(tong)。
5. Good operating of office software.熟悉(xi)操作(zuo)辦公軟件(jian)。
